Ingredients
1 cup sourdough discard
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 cup warm water
Your choice of sauce, cheese, toppings
Instructions
1. Mix sourdough discard, warm water, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add flour and salt gradually, mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and let rest for 60-90 minutes.
5. Preheat oven with stone or sheet to 475°F (245°C).
6. Stretch dough on parchment, top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
